公司生產(chǎn)的09MnD、09MnNiD低溫?fù)Q熱器用無(wú)縫鋼管，根據(jù)不同的工藝要求，Mn、S含量的規(guī)定上較 GB150-1998標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有所加嚴(yán)，S含量小于0.015%,實(shí)際水平在0.010%以下，此外參照GB3531-1996《低溫壓力容器用低合金鋼鋼板》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相應(yīng)規(guī)定，增加了鋼中酸溶鋁含量的要求?？s小了抗拉強(qiáng)度范圍，提高了對(duì)鋼管強(qiáng)度穩(wěn)定性的要求。相同技術(shù)要求的09MnD、09MnNiD無(wú)縫鋼管，其每一爐之間的化學(xué)成分非常接近，低溫沖擊性能非常好。生產(chǎn)的低溫鋼鋼水純凈度高，晶粒度大于8級(jí)。加上完善的檢測(cè)設(shè)備，保證了無(wú)縫鋼管大批量流水線生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性。
