公司生產的09MnD、09MnNiD低溫換熱器用無縫鋼管,根據不同的工藝要求,Mn、S含量的規(guī)定上較 GB150-1998標準有所加嚴,S含量小于0.015%,實際水平在0.010%以下,此外參照GB3531-1996《低溫壓力容器用低合金鋼鋼板》標準的相應規(guī)定,增加了鋼中酸溶鋁含量的要求??s小了抗拉強度范圍,提高了對鋼管強度穩(wěn)定性的要求。相同技術要求的09MnD、09MnNiD無縫鋼管,其每一爐之間的化學成分非常接近,低溫沖擊性能非常好。生產的低溫鋼鋼水純凈度高,晶粒度大于8級。加上完善的檢測設備,保證了無縫鋼管大批量流水線生產的質量穩(wěn)定性。
